266bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 266bet will notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number or via an on-screen notice upon login. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Each individual may hold one and only one 266bet account. If 266bet detects that a player has opened more than one account — whether under the same name, same NID, same mobile number, same payment method, or the same device — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Balances held across duplicate accounts may be confiscated at 266bet's sole discretion.

1.3 Accurate Information

All information submitted at registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, NID number, and registered mobile number — must be accurate and up to date. You must notify 266bet promptly if any of your registration details change. 266bet will not be liable for losses arising from incorrect account information provided by the player.

1.4 Geographic Eligibility

1.5 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 266bet may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification by submitting a copy of your NID, a selfie, and proof of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account). Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held pending verification. 266bet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds into your account. 266bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts. 2.4 Currency

All 266bet accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Taka. 266bet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

2.5 Declined Transactions

266bet is not responsible for fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank in connection with deposits or withdrawals. If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your wallet, please contact 266bet support immediately with proof of the transaction. 266bet will investigate and, where the payment is confirmed received, credit the relevant amount to your account within 24 hours.

2.6 Anti-Money Laundering

266bet is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. 266bet monitors all financial transactions on the platform and reserves the right to delay, block, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be linked to criminal activity. Players must not use 266bet to process funds derived from illegal sources. Any balance associated with suspected money laundering will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 266bet are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino bets contribute 20%; slots contribute 100%; crash games contribute 50%. Table games and video poker may contribute 0% unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Bonus Abuse

266bet takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using matched betting, arbitrage, or other low-risk betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. 266bet reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to close accounts where abuse is detected.

3.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

266bet regularly runs seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh cultural events — including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day — as well as sporting events including the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. These promotions are time-limited and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Player eligibility for seasonal promotions is subject to account standing and KYC status.

4.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message from 266bet. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 266bet will use its server records to determine whether a bet was accepted. The player is responsible for verifying their bet slip before confirming a wager. 266bet will not accept claims to reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error.

4.2 Bet Settlement

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, the BCB for BPL events, the WPBSA for snooker). In the event of a result being revised by the governing body after initial settlement, 266bet reserves the right to re-settle the relevant bets and to debit or credit accounts accordingly.

4.3 Void Bets

266bet may void a bet where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the outcome cannot be determined. Bets may also be voided where 266bet identifies that a bet was placed at erroneous odds caused by a technical fault or human error. Voided bets result in the original stake being returned to the player's account.

4.4 Casino and Crash Games

All casino games and crash games available on 266bet use certified random number generation (RNG) or verified live-dealer outcomes from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 266bet does not manipulate game outcomes. 266bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule.

• A regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction requires 266bet to do so.
• 266bet determines, in its sole judgement, that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a breach, the available balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

All content on the 266bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game graphics, software, interface design, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 266bet or its licensed third-party providers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms excludes 266bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights to the extent they cannot be waived by agreement.
